Is there such a thing as a stupid question?

What language is Braille in? Is it in English? If I go blind and I have to learn to read Braille, is there Spanish Braille, and English Braille, so on and so forth.

Do dogs understand all language? I know my dogs understand English, but if they went to stay with a Spanish speaking family, would they understand them?

Why is your interest rate higher if you have bad credit? They know you have a harder time paying for stuff cause you're broke, so why would they make it harder for you?

Do wealthy people get social security? They don't need it so why would they get it?

If anyone out there knows the answer to these questions, please let me know.

1.Braille is a code in itself.A certain symbol refers to a letter.
It's not a language it's basically an alphabet.
So if you're english and you read the diary of a spanish guy in braille, you won't understand.you need to know the language and the code. just like someone could speak english but if he is analphabet he won't be able to read, eventhough he sees the letters, it's a code he doesn't understand.

2.A dog can understand about 30 words maximum. he will associate them to an action, regardless of the language. To it, it's more likely a sound than a word anyway.

3.I can only assume it's because the baddest you are at paying thing the best customer you are to take money from. because it means that you have no control over money, therefore you're a good target to try this new credit line (which they know you'll bust, givin' them interest, etc...)

4.I'm not wealthy...But I guess they do. I doubt they use it though, they'll probably get a private doctor or something.

Braille is its own language and is universal. Your dogs understands the tone of yours voice and affectionate or anger body language, so do matter who they lived with they would understand them. Credit companies figure if you are broke you will pay the important bills such as lights and water before them and they are taking a higher reisk that you won't pay them. If we wern't broke credit wouldn't matter we would just pay cash. I guess rich people get social security if they work because it comes from your employers.
